The Exkate 3.0 and 4.0 electric skateboard are some of the most sophisticated Personal Electric
Vehicles ever made. All integral
parts machined specifically for the board. No "adapted" parts found here.
This is an extremely high-tech machine. The radio control chip set and
motor set these vehicles apart from any other personal electric vehicle.
This is no ordinary electric vehicle, let alone skateboard. 300 kilohertz
close proximity handset eliminates the possibility of
interference. Super heavy-duty regenerative motor serves as both power and
braking system.
These electric skateboards have extreme torque and acceleration. Care must
be taken when learning to operate the boards. Helmet, gloves, and leathers
are recommended. However, this skateboard is also very maneuverable and
can be operated at very low speeds with virtually flawless control.
On flat,
smooth, paved surfaces you can carve like you would on a snowboard, and
you can do it at very high speeds, for a skateboard. These are the most
stable longboards made and they have bigger tires and trucks than any
other board.
The trucks and wheels are oversized on the 4.0, whereas the 3.0 uses more
'normal' (but still super wide) Exkate 201 torsion trucks with 80 mm Cherry
Bomb Turbo wheels. Yet they both can still manage a very tight
turning radius, comparable with any longboard. All of our Electric
Skateboards can be maneuvered in a crowd, yet they can attain very high
speeds. To "top it off", these boards are all operated by a close
proximity remote control throttle and braking system.
